Appointment

Appointments can be made by calling Serene Beauty or through text and email. For the first time client, appointments can be made only via phone and a credit card is required to reserve your appointment. Please call us at 0224079691 if you have any questions.

Late Policy

If you arrive late, we will do our very best to accommodate you. However, time may not permit for us to honor your full service and your appointment may be shortened and/or rescheduled to ensure we are on schedule for our next client. If you arrive 15 minutes late or more we will need to reschedule your appointment.

Refills                    

If your current lash extensions are from another salon, we do not perform refill services on the work and we will require you to have your current extensions completely removed. Other salons may not perform to our standard of care and they may not have our exceptional level of applications and use the same or similar premium products. However, If you want to keep your current lash extensions, you can choose one of our New Sets and we can just add the amount of lashes that you choose. In this case it will be considered the New Set price.

Cancellation Policy

For the courtesy of our technicians and clients on a waiting list we respectfully ask for 5 business hours advance notice to cancel or reschedule an appointment. Otherwise a $50 cancellation fee will be charged to the client. Clients who do not notify us of a cancellation or no-show will be charged a $50 cancellation / no-show fee. Payment in advance may be required for those with a history of no shows or cancelled appointments without 5 business hours notice. Thank you for understanding our policy.
